I pride myself on my space being a safe and welcoming space for all my guests. I respect and appreciate my guests and I simply ask for the same consideration in return. These policies are put in place to protect your time and mine as well. - ALL POLICIES APPLY TO ALL CLIENTS, NEW OR RETURNING, NO EXCEPTIONS. - When you book, you are agreeing to all of our studio policies, so please make sure you read them in their entirety.

A CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ALL SERVICES

A credit or debit card on file, is required to book your appointment. You cannot transfer your CANCELLATION fee to another date or time. Your card on file will be charged 30% of your total service. CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF YOUR SERVICE BOOKED.

If you cancel or reschedule within two days of your appointment time, your card will be charged. IF YOU NO SHOW TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR  CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE/ TIME BOOKED.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your risk card will be charged a cancellation fee, and you may  be asked to reschedule.
